Peonies in the Pacific Northwest
The Pacific Northwest Peony Society, in collaboration with the American Peony Society, is proud to announce, “Petals and Peaks: Peonies in the Pacific Northwest,” the 2027 American Peony Society Convention, taking place June 2–6, 2027, at the Swinomish Casino and Lodge in Skagit County. This marks the first time the national convention will be held in Washington State.
Peony enthusiasts from across the U.S. and Canada will gather to experience the rich floral heritage of the Pacific Northwest through a series of curated tours, educational seminars, and one of the most fragrant flower shows in the country.
Free flower show and seminars
On Saturday, June 5th and Sunday June 6th join us for the American Peony Society Flower Show. Open to the public and free to attend. Experience the beauty and fragrance of more than 1,000 peony blooms, spanning the entire peony season.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll also have the chance to attend engaging educational seminars led by knowledgeable growers and experts.
Whether you grow peonies yourself, love spending time in gardens, or simply enjoy their beauty, this special event invites you to slow down, take it all in, and celebrate the rich floral culture of the Pacific Northwest.
