Peonies in the Pacific Northwest
The Pacific Northwest Peony Society, in collaboration with the American Peony Society, is proud to announce, “Petals and Peaks: Peonies in the Pacific Northwest,” the 2027 American Peony Society Convention, taking place June 2–6, 2027, at the Swinomish Casino and Lodge in Skagit County. This marks the first time the national convention will be held in Washington State.
Peony enthusiasts from across the U.S. and Canada will gather to experience the rich floral heritage of the Pacific Northwest through a series of curated tours, educational seminars, and one of the most fragrant flower shows in the country.
Free flower show and seminars
On Saturday, June 5th and Sunday June 6th, the American Peony Society Flower Show opens to the public free of charge, offering a sensory experience like no other. Hundreds of blooms—representing the entire peony season will be on display. Educational seminars will also be offered throughout the weekend.
Whether you're a seasoned grower, a garden enthusiast, or simply a fan of the beloved peony, this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant floral culture of the Pacific Northwest.
